This is a small photography website. It collects as little as possible, and this page explains what happens to the bit it does.
who is responsible
Alisa Potter, photographer, working in the Arnhem, Nijmegen, Utrecht, Amsterdam area. For anything on this page — questions, corrections, or removals — email [email protected].
photos of you or your child
The photos shown on this site are published only with the permission of the people in them — and, for children, with the permission of a parent or guardian. Nothing is put online without that consent.
You can withdraw that permission at any time, for any reason and without explaining why. Email me and I will take the photo down promptly, at the latest within a few days.
what is collected
When you use the form or email me to book or ask a question, I receive whatever you put in that message — typically your name, email address, and what you write. I use it only to reply to you and to arrange a session. Your message is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.
Browsing the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. I do not build a profile of visitors.
who processes it
- Formspree — delivers booking form messages
- Cloudflare — hosting of the static pages
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface
These processors handle basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse. Your browser requests the font files from Google when a page opens.
client galleries
Delivered galleries live on a separate service linked from this site. Original files and edited copies are kept only as long as needed to deliver and back up your session; ask me if you would like your files removed sooner.
your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — including any photo of you or your child. Email [email protected] and I will sort it out. If you are not happy with how I have handled your data, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
